Day Three was very eventful so I have to break it up a little...
All seven of us were up early and off to the Gingerbread House for breakfast. My sister took some random, kind of wacky pictures at breakfast...
Waffles
the dolls above
Trevor, his donut and a glimpse of the peppermints in the table
After breakfast there were two little dogs outside with their owners, sitting on the bench just waiting to give a little love. The owners gave out cute little certificates to the kids for loving on the dogs. One of the dogs looked just like a dog we had for over ten years and lost last year. Addison is animal crazy and really wanted to stay there forever... only the mention of horseback riding could drag her away.
After the dogs, the kids had to squeeze in a quick ride on the carrousel.
After that we were off to Keaton's Korral to ride horses. Addison and Allie rode, while Elliot and Trevor watched, I am not sure why Elliot chickened out! The kids received certificates and cowboy hats!
The playground was directly across the street from our Villa so the kids went over their to play for a few minutes while we all got ready for the rest of the day. My sister took some more pictures of them playing.
Next Craig, Trevor and Elliot were off to Muaiva Air to fly in a four seater Cessna! Trevor got to ride up front next to the pilot and he actually got to fly the plane! He was so excited about this and is constantly referring back to it, saying nothing tops being able to fly a plane! They had a great time taking in Orlando from above. While they were off flying, the girls went to Walmart for a few necessities and some Disney merchandise shopping.
We met back up with the boys in the Village. We had Ice Cream before lunch, followed by lunch from Katie's kitchen. This picture (my sister took) cracks me up! Trevor, with my mom holding Elliot in the background!
A little squirrel stalked us the entire meal, hoping we'd drop something. I think she just about climbed up on the table to eat from our plates! After lunch we tried a little mini golf, but the kids bored of it quickly. We spent a little time in the train station after that.
The boys had planned to go on an Air Boat Tour that afternoon but Elliot begged to go to the pool instead so they did what he wanted! Me, Mom, Allie and Addison took off for Downtown Disney and few surprises!
Coming up next... A Princess Transformation and some Wicked Step-Sisters!
oh man, how fun to fly a plane! i personally wouldn't want to do it, but i know how exciting it must be for a kid/teen to do it!
